Backing up Windows Mail .eml files

I located and backed up my .eml files at C:\Users\Bob\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Mail\Local Folders a few months ago, however, when I attempt to back up again, I am not capturing my most recent e-mails.
The e-mail messages
have all been dropped into their respective local folders, and are "there" while I am running Windows Mail, however, many of the more recent files are NOT in the "Local Folders" directory on the hard drive.
Any pointers on where to find them?? Thanks! Bob

Did you copy all of the files the "Windows Mail" folder and did you do it immediately after a send/receive with Windows Mail closed?  That's what I'd do.

Open Action Center by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, clicking Control Panel, and then, under System and Security, clicking Review your computer's status.

Make sure your computer has at least the minimum amount of random access memory (RAM) required to run the program that is displaying the error. Look for the program requirements online or in the packaging information.
