Assitance in removing Oracle's Java (TM) Update

Good afternoon.
I recently downloaded Oracle's Java (TM) Update twice.
I am trying to remove both programs using the unistall command.

There is a problem with this Windows Installer package.
A DLL required for this install
to complete could not run." This was the first time I've ever tried to ddownload a program (Java).
