Hi there-

I have been given a project at work that I truly have no idea where to start.
I am trying to add check boxes to a document in MS Word 2007.
I understand how to insert them, however I am hoping to add a little more to it.
I would like some kind of functionality
where when someone checks a box, additional text comes up that will allow the user to answer more questions, and will disappear if they uncheck the box.
Is this even something that can be done in MS Word? I am feeling entirely overwhelmed and my searches have
been fruitless so far.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

What you ask is certainly possible, but how you approach it would rather depend on what the end result is intended to be and how the end result will be used.

If the aim is to produce a document that is to be printed with values in the document dependent on selections made, then I would be inclined not to use check boxes in the document, but to create a userform in which the user makes the selections and from there
