BSOD after i connect to the internet

things i have tried -
1) removing my anti-virus software - no change
2) reinstalling(formatting) windows - I was able to use the internet for 8-10 hours, after which i got the same BSOD
3) used something called sea tools to check hardware - My hard disk "passed" all the tests
4) Changing network adapter
5) Scans with anti-virus software, malware removing tools, in safe mode
6) Checkdisk

i have asked for advice from "professionals" in my locality, they told me its a fault with the cable that i am using.
Hence i have requested my ISP to investigate the matter(ongoing).

BSODS are always a combination of things you may have installed something the doesnt work with Kaspersky. In any case the newest one points directly to Kaspersky.
