Keep in mind:
Programs that are having troubles:- windows 7, autochk, chkdsk, windows system restore, some 3rd party software/programs i.e.
AVG, Avast
Error message:- 766f6c756d652e63 3f1 Recent changes:- I did install battery bar, but uninstalling did nothing
What I tried already:- sfc/scannow, chkdsk, system restore, and various other programs that for registry repair, etc.
Other notes:- HP netbook mini 210-1076, this type of notebook doesn't have a disk drive, nor do I have a disk drive associated with connecting with a USB cord.  I cannot use recovery partition either. 


So on the 12-13 of October I was writing some documents, talking via skype, and surfing on Firefox until everything on the netbook stopped responding.  After around 10-15 minutes I decided to shut it off and restart my computer.  I first noticed something was
wrong when I could no longer connect to the internet, so I tried to do a system restore.  However, after that, it said it could not complete it because of a problem on the disk so I did error checking for the next time I rebooted, which was a few minutes later. 
When my computer started to check the disk, it said:
Checking file system on C: The type of the file system is NTFS Volume label is OS.
One of your disks needs to be checked for consistency.
You may cancel the disk check, but it is strongly reccomended that you continue.
Windows will now check the disk.
Cannot open volume for direct access.
Autochk cannot run due to an error caused by a recently installed software package.
Use the system restore feature from the control panel to restore the system to a point prior to the recent
software package installation.

So I'm now going in circles.  I have repaired my driver to go back onto the internet, but i have no idea if that was another case to the problem or not.  Also, my AVG 2012 was, how to put this, shredded?  I could no longer scan my computer and the only two
options it gave me was family live and parental stuff which I am sure wouldn't help me at the moment. 

Also note that I have: Uninstalled some of the most recent programs to see if they were the cause, nothing changed.  I also uninstalled AVG, but something went wrong with the uninstallation which resulted in me using Revo to get rid of it.  I have installed
another anit virus, Avast, to see if it is a virus.  It was working at first, until it got to scanning which now it is stuck on watchdog.sys.  It's been on that for about an hour or more now.  I do not know if that has something to do with it or not.  I've
been trying to figure out what to do for days now.  I do not wish to get my computer repaired by someone until I know for certain I cannot do it myself.  Running short on cash right now.
