A small window opens up with the title Express Settings.
Clicking on the X will not close it.
I have to go to Control-Alt-Delete and end task.
Anyone know about this.

• Open Run command as previously described
• Type MSConfig
• Click on Boot tab
• Tick Safe boot in Boot option
• Select Network
• Click Apply and OK
• Reboot your system
