Troubleshoot:ASP.Net and Sql Server 2008 Developer Edition

ASP.Net and Sql Server 2008 Developer Edition

I am running Windows 7 Professional 64-bit version, Sql Server 2008 Developer Edition, and Visual Studio 2008 Professional version 9.0 Build 30729.1 SP Microsoft .Net Framework Version 3.5 SP1
I created a new database to sql server management studio and imported the Microsoft Access data file to convert from mdb to mdf.
Succeeded.
Now I opened the Microsoft Sql Server folder and opened MSSQL10MSSQLSERVER\DATA\TechSupport I right clicked on TechSupport
then chose copy and closed the file.
I now want to paste it to my school folder.
I am using the App_Data folder for ASP.Net.
Clicked on the folder and then right click and chose Paste.
This dialog appear saying that I need to provide administrator permission
to copy this file, then i click Continue and this other dialog open saying that the action can't be completed because the file is open in Sql Server.
(MSSQLSERVER).
I was wondering it may be of a file i opened and didn't close prior to paste.
Now I also figured let me disconnect from Sql Server so it can close and then paste.
I also figured to deselect from the Indexing Service and this will solve my problem.
Another
thought was to give full access permissions, but I am logged in as Administrator.
But then, I can't copy that.
I also tried using the Upzizing Wizard in Access 2007 that didn't work either.
Upsizing does not work with the vesion of Microsoft Sql Server, (mine
is Sql Server 2008 Developer Edition), to which your Access project is connected.
Then it says that the file is no longer located then gives the actual path of its location in the Microsoft Sql SErver folder.
This is weird.
So i really tried everything so far tono avail and not understanding why is not letting performance the necessary actions, it continue to say Access is Denied.
I am logged in as Administrator too.
I do appreciate for your assistance.
Thanks.
