Apps wont launch , explorer wont refresh
I am running windows 7 home pro and two days ago i started getting a weird issue ..
When i delete or create a file in explorer it will not show till i refresh.
In addition , my trend micro av , itunes , ie 9 beta and some other programs will not launch.
The windows 7 circle just runs and then after that nothing..
I have reinstalled itunes and the antivirus many times and nothing..
I am starting to belive that a windows update killed windows but I do not know for sure ..
Just to many different type programs are not working ..
In addition ie 9 beta now when you close a tab keeps it basically running , under process you will see about
5 or so iexplore processes running if you had 5 tabs open..
If yo close 3 of the tabs all 5 still show.
Help please i have been trying to fix this for a day
