Charts not showing refreshed imported data from Access

I have an Excel 2007 spreadsheet that imports data from  some access queries, and a sheet with charts on that are linked to this data.
The data is set to refresh every 10 minutes to show up to date info.
However, whenever the data is refreshed, and new records(rows) are added into the sheets as a result, the graphs lose their data source and only show the previous rows of data (not the newer updated rows).
It appears to insert new rows above the previous
data.
How can I get the graphs to automatically show ALL the rows of data after each refresh.
I've had to create a macro to click on to manually perform this each time, but it's not ideal.

Boot in Safe Mode:

• Open Run command as previously described
• Type MSConfig
• Click on Boot tab
• Tick Safe boot in Boot option
• Select Network
• Click Apply and OK
• Reboot your system
