Can't access Windows Live Family Safety from IE8 or IE9 - continuous loading

I'm trying to access Windows Live Family safety.
It was working fine on a Vista machine w/ IE8 but after doing a Windows update all it does hang and says 'loading'.
Tried system restore to no avail.
 
Having same problem on Win 7 w/ IE8 and a Win 7 w/ IE9.

 
Firefox has no problem w/ the Windows site.
